INGREDIENTS:
- 4 deciliter of gluten free oat flour
- 4 deciliter of oat milk
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 1 bar of vegan chocolate
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil for frying
- 2 tablespoons of baking soda
- 2 tablespoons of either cocoa powder or vegan chocolate protein powder, both works
METHOD:
- Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and then you add the milk in gradually
- Chop the chocolate bar and put it all in the batter and mix well
- Make sure you mix it all well together until there is a thick and fluffy batter
- Let the batter rest for around 15 minutes before you start frying the pancakes
- Add in coconut oil in your pan and put it on medium heath and start making the pancakes
- Top them with whatever you like! We love our pancakes with some nutella and peanut butter
